Fact: Ron Swanson hates birthdays. Loud noises, crowds, corporate scams, and general merriment? Ugh. The worst. But it’s hard not to celebrate when Nick Offerman shares a birthday with Parks and Recreation co-star Aubrey Plaza, who plays his equally lovable but equally curmudgeonly assistant April Ludgate. Offerman turns 42 today, and Plaza turns 28.

Megan Mullally paid a visit to EW last week! She was pretty excited to see all the pop culture goodies that our editors have stashed in their offices — especially this Swanson Pyramid of Greatness poster.

“Obviously, I’m gonna have to take the Swanson Pyramid of Greatness,” she told us. “This is my husband. I am his legal property. I am bound by law to gather up any artifacts pertaining to my lord and master.”
