Rihanna’’s new song inspired by Chris Brown assault
Posted in Rihanna
In what could be called as Rihanna’s darkest album yet, the singer has penned a song about her assault by Chris Brown.
The songstress wrote the track, ‘Cold Case Love’, for new collection Rated R soon after February’’s attack.
“It was one of the first songs I did for the album. It is one of the most emotional,” The Sun quoted her as saying.
Rihanna was back in the studio working on her new album just two months after the assault, for which singer Brown got five years” probation.
“When I was given time off in March it was a little crazy. Being at home was driving me mad.
“I couldn”t go anywhere. It was, like, ”Look at the poor victim!” So I called my label and said, ”I”m ready,”” she said.
